Eat Healthy Everyday started out many years ago when I started looking for nutritional factors that affected my epilepsy.  After years of trial and error and research I decided to put it down on paper and spread the news to others how important diet and nutrition are not only to people with epilepsy but also to those with  other disorders they have to deal with.

Throughout my journey the importance of maintaining a healthy gut became a key focus on my seizure control and overall health. Quite literally, your gut is the epicenter of your mental and physical health. If you want better immunity, efficient digestion, improved clarity and balance, focus on rebuilding your gut health.

After I was married and raising daughters I started to learn more and more the issues females face  who have concerns about maintaining a healthy weight. I learned first hand how important proper nutrition exercise has on their self-esteem and confidence to achieve more out of life.

My wife had a series of physical mishaps that took her from an in shape, slim 130 pound woman to a woman  who was uncomfortable in her own skin.  It was devastating to her self-esteem and mindset.  It hurt me to watch her be so negatively impacted. She never had to exercise in the past but going from 35 to 55 things have changed regarding the amount of exercise and the need for better nutrition have become to her.  ANYBODY that goes from 35 too 55 will have different needs!

With the first-hand experiences I have and the research I continually find on the Internet I wanted to share mine and other health researchers experiences and research.

I hope this information proves to be helpful.

All the best,

Mark
